Nubiscene (“we”, “us”) is a healthcare branding and marketing agency based in Delta State, Nigeria. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

When you use our contact form we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, the name of your clinic or hospital, the service you are interested in, and your message. If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, we receive the information you share in that conversation.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange your free visibility review.
